Attract new businesses to our business districts to fill storefronts and revive those areas - explore commercial vacancy fulfillment incentives

Community Engagement
Work with community groups, special improvement districts, merchants associations and others to publicize various city programs and understand what additional programs could be helpful.
Engage in conversations with NOACA, Cuyahoga County, Metroparks and others to explore beneficial partnerships for Cleveland Heights.
Execute MOUs with various community groups to define and codify their roles in support of the city and its residents.
Cain Park transformation project:
Review Cain Park financials and operations to assess need for improvements.
Work with community groups to conceive of legislation and budget allocations needed to improve capital components of the park and create a cohesive programming throughout the year.
