Review 2023 Charter Review Commission recommendations and result of 2025 charter amendment updates to assess need for additional amendments.  This will ensure that our governing documents provide the structure and authority for efficient and effective government 

• Review community group landscape and city’s current relationship with these groups to determine how to reengage and leverage their expertise and contributions to the city.

• Hold community listening sessions in all neighborhoods to understand resident priorities and concerns for the new administration. 

• Collaborate with the administration to ensure better operating processes, communications, and transparency between the two branches. 

• Implement recommendations from the Racial Justice Taskforce.

• Cybersecurity - Introduce legislation requiring the city to safeguard residents’ personal information and implement baseline cybersecurity requirements across the city’s technology systems. Recommend budget allocations as needed.
